These rules are disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on JackinChat. They shall be adhered to by everyone to ensure that our board runs smoothly and provides a fun and productive experience for all of our community members and visitors.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

   1. By clicking "Submit" when joining the site, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the site rules and Terms of Service. Claiming ignorance of them later won't fly.
      
      It is your responsibility to understand and abide by the site rules, and not the responsibility of the staff if you just clicked "submit" without reading the site rules. Whether you read them or not, you are still bound by them.
      
      When you complete the member registration process and/or login to the chatroom and/or make use of any service on this site, you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any significant updates by presenting you with an alert that describes the changes. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the changes. This Agreement will always be available to users on this page for you to read. #

2. Prohibited Content

   1. Posts, stories, or forum/chatroom discussion about but not limited to illegal activity, incest, sexual acts with those under the age of 18 (pedophilia), bestiality or child pornography are strictly prohibited. jackin.chat staff has final say as to what topics violate this policy based on the context of the reference. #
   2. No religious or political chat, names, or images. These types of discussion often lead to angry and heated arguments or comments which defeats the purpose of our forum. To keep the peace as it were, we will not allow any such digression to take place. those who are predominantly "political commentators" are considered "political figures" for the purposes of this rule, as are members of largely ceremonial royal families. #
   3. "Vanilla"/social-media style content, and similar content, including so-called "creeper" pictures, not produced professionally is not permitted. This content is often being distributed without the subjects' knowledge or consent, which exposes our site to potential legal consequences. When presented in a sexual context, many jurisdictions consider this "revenge porn," which carries steep penalties for all parties involved in its distribution. #
   4. To maintain consistency with the rules of our live Discord chat and further ensure that material is being distributed with consent, non-nude content is not permitted to be posted, with the sole exception of the celebrity sub-forum (in accordance with that sub-forum's unique guidelines). We fully understand and agree that there is amazing, arousing non-nude content out there, but it is simply not permitted on our site.
      
      DEFINITION OF NON-NUDE
      
      "Non-nude" is defined as any image that does not feature one or more of the following:
      - Exposed genitals
      - Exposed buttocks/anus
      - Women's exposed nipples
      
      Images with these elements covered or obscured in any way, including by lingerie/underwear (including thongs), swimwear, clothing, hands, arms, strategic positioning or placement of objects, limbs, etc. are considered non-nude. Sheer/"see-through" clothing, including wet shirts are non-nude. Visible nipple or penis outlines under shirts, pants, or other material are non-nude. "Hand bras" are non-nude. “Babecock” images (or other composite images made from two distinctly separate images). in which the image of one person is non-nude are non-nude. Women in bikinis/thongs and shirtless men in underwear, swimwear, pants, etc. are non-nude. If it can be worn at a public pool, it's probably off-limits. #
   5. Non-photographic material, such as comics, paintings, cartoons, anime, hentai, CGI/AI, etc. are not permitted on the site.
      In the past, users have attempted to use this sort of material to try posting underage content, using the excuse that it's not really a minor in a sexual situation, but a drawing of a minor in a sexual situation. #
   6. Due to their frequent use to share illegal content, links to, invitations to, and requests for external sharing services such as (but not limited to) Session, Whereby, unsee, and others is not permitted on this site. #

3. User Conduct

   1. Neither this server, nor its staff, is responsible for the content posted by individual users. Anything viewed outside of our site is beyond our control and therefore we are not liable for their content. #
   2. Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.
      
      Harassment, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, and anything similar will not be tolerated. Just don't be hateful. #
